We had smoke damage throughout every room and closet in our home. The team from Servicemaster did an amazing job! From the first point of contact on the phone, to the home visit and the arrival of the cleaning crew, I was impressed by the quick response, professionalism and followup. At the end of May of this year our street had a sewer blockage and many houses had their basements flooded. Ours was completed totaled because it took the city nearly 7 hours to get here and clear the lines.
Having insurance with Western Insurance they immediately arranged clean-up and remediation with Service Master's Brampton.
We were so impressed by how Service Master Brampton under the leadership of Eddie, carried out the cleanup and remediation of the basement that we also hired them to do the renovation.
The restoration of the walls, bathroom, woodwork, and painting were professionally done by Bruno and Brad. The lead renovator Bruno on this job did an excellent job and there is no doubt he is a master craftsman, whom I called a the end of the job the Michelangelo of renovation.
Of course both clean-up, remediation and renovation could not have been done without their manager Ed. When he provided the quote every detail was itemized so that there would be no doubt as to what was required fo the job. Also he was always available by phone for both remediation and renovation.

The team that came in when I had basement sewage backup and flooding were incredible! They worked so hard and so fast it made me dizzy. They were very respectful of sorting through my basement to determine what was septic and what had to go. They were so patient with me as I had a lot of "stuff'. The damaged items were picked up from out front almost immediately! They recorded all the info and I was amazed when I saw the detailed report.
